What makes Johnston Chapel a church is the people. The people of Johnston Chapel are committed to living the gospel of Jesus Christ and being His hands and feet in our community and beyond.
Opportunities
Here are the main ways you can become involved through worship and discipleship.
Worship
We offer two worship services each Sunday. Contemporary worship begins at 8:30 in the Fellowship Hall, and a traditional worship service begins at 11:00 in the Sanctuary.
Kids and Youth
We have ministries where the smallest and biggest kids learn about Jesus and have a lot of fun! We also give regular opportunities for the youth to serve in the community. In short, we believe kids are vital.
Adults
Adults have multiple opportunities for study, reflection, and wrestling with faith every week. Each Bible study session offers unique ways for one to grow closer to Jesus Christ.
Online Worship
You can worship with Johnston Chapel live or at anytime that works for you. God is available 24/7 and so are our worship services.
Our Beliefs
Johnston Chapel is unapologetically United Methodist. We believe that all are welcome to worship and grow no matter who they are, where they’ve been or what they look like. Just as Jesus welcomed all who sought him, so we welcome all who come today.
